I have winessed several pinkies recently that claimed to have "a group of investors" that have expressed interest in buying the company. However, unlike Motion DNA, the investors names were never made public. No down payment was received by the company that was being acquired either. These companies couldn't be contacted by phone or e-mail. They appeared to be "pump and dumps" in my opinion. Motion DNA has released many PR's along the way keeping the investing public up to date which costs money. We have all received a proxy to vote on this issue which is yet another expense. The only complaint I've had is that I've not been able to talk to the acqiring company in this buyout. However, the acquirer does have a public face in Jamir Miller. If this was a scam for insiders to pump and dump, only a fool would be quoted in press releases. Martha Stewart went to jail for much less. Just my humble opinion!
