All of the filings done under "old management" have been made inactive; I don't think that was just because of Rothman, though he most certainly has worked for questionable companies.
What I think bothers me the most--though those inactive fillings don't make a lot of sense generally--is that they went from an o/s of 17,500 shares to well over 400 million in a very short time. More than 200 million shares are free trading.
I wonder what happened to Hove. He was never mentioned in any of their other filings. Can't tell whether he was ever on the Nevada officer list, as they only give current officers and those who immediately preceded them.
And then there's Russell Kidder, mentioned on their OTCMarkets company info page. He's CEO of a junk Caveat Emptor stock.
