Yes, Wandeport is a named respondent however the more important information isn't what appears, it's what doesn't appear.

So only Amyot & Barakett (he's 6570542 Canada) have filed a defense.

So it appears the AMF's case will proceed uncontested against: WANDERPORT, they have not filed a motion or defense.

It's fascinating that Ollu, De Montigny and Cortelazzi haven't filed a defense, they have already provided some support to the AMF against Amyot and Barakett.

Ollu, De Montigny and Cortelazzi have a LOT to loose, Ollu has implicated his entire family and currently serving a term at home. Cortelazzi has a criminal record for fraud, and De Montigny is in an even less enviable position having implicated his sun in this mess. Jacques Vallee , Martin Harvey & Matossian haven't even made a peep...
