May sound illogical but I'm convinced otherwise

This is why I have been calling for his removal of course he knows the need for something tangible but does he offer anything promised or significant. Definitely not, I don't believe he is interested in investor confidence. The callousness is clear evidence he doesn't care. On one hand he is insisting the company is cash positive revenue supporting the R&D. On the other hand despite lofty public promises to the contrary the share price continually getting stepped on and loyal longs ensnared in a hopeless struggle to unload.

Appearances can be deceiving in this case I think the left hand knows exactly what the right hand is doing trouble is neither hands are on the table. I don't think for a second that's by accident it's clearly intentional deception IMO. Would you buy a car from this person corporations won't even buy detectors from him? I can't even pull his picture off the web any more. The guy is doing a back door run as far as I can see doesn't even repair the main website. If your product was so successful wouldn't you be proud to stand by it of course you would.

The dirty laundry will surface of course but too late for loyal longs to recover, the damage is already done. All I see are empty promises and dilution to the ceiling a veritable printing press funding a cozy retirement with the perpetrator on the lamb. Worse I see something else looming large and likely inevitable now.

CLASS ACTION because so many people have been taken and they know it. Another unwanted and unnecessary liability shareholders neither need nor want. Just another in a long list of reasons this imposter does not deserve to remain as CEO. What ever misfortune predicated this implosion is absolutely irrelevant. The company has a responsibility to it's shareholders to disclose what is the problem with all the unfulfilled promises. Clearly that isn't about to happen until this CEO abdicates.

I don't think Identa has anything to offer to turn things around. At first I thought it was just Yaacov being pig headed keeping everything close to the vest and a little bit of pressure with so called "bashing" would convince him to do the right thing. No CEO in his right mind would allow the constant bad press on the boards, websites, twitter, letters to the SEC etc if there was ANYTHING tangible to report. All the bashing could be completely shut down overnight if Yaacov changed his ways. I just don't think he can change things that don't exist.
