You're right Mike. And just for good measure, I contacted the OTC and SEC three separate times this week and begged them to continue to keep the Caveat Emptor sign up. I elaborated on just how Shoham has mislead investors citing numerous examples and his severe lack of fiduciary duty. I also provided first and last names of the pumpers who've been here claiming assertions to inside information. I have a feeling that Shoham will be forced to either take the company private or be forced into bankruptcy soon. The only way he can save this company is to change his attitude and his game plan to impress shareholders.
You and Josh definitely did a phenomenal job at wrecking Identa on Twitter, Yahoo and Identasucks.com - really awesome work guys! I'd like to see shoham recover from that slamming.
