Excellent report beigle, thank you. Seems our clay will definitely have some expensive nano usage, but we just have to wait for them to market it.

Thanks for the NanoDynamics report, Beigledog....

Reinforces my feeling that NaturalNano will be more important for ALMI than ND. Too bad NN wasn't cooperative. You'd think they'd be very interested in courting a large group of potential investors (this board) through you. Thanks for trying.

good work beig... obviously they are not strong on appearances, just on substance. If they would have had a big shiny office in the high rent district that would make me nervous... speaks volumes in itself.. I am surprised they told you about the Southern Clay issue and the price per ton to the automotive industry. No need to get hopes up just yet, that one may be a year or two out but alot of companies are now doing r&d work with the raw product from Atlas Mine. Patience will be rewarded here but it will require patience as with all mining companies.

Thank you for your efforts and excellent report.
The warrant granted to NanoDynamics is believed to have been issued on December 3, 2004, and to allow the purchase within one year of up to 1,000,000 restricted shares of ALMI at the price of 35 cents a share.
NaturalNano;s PR leads to the belief that they have rights to the 5,000 tons of processed halloysite clay (priced at $500 a ton) available under NanoDynamics'
purchase order with Atlas Mining.
NaturalNano purchased 500 tons of clay and was to process their clay
on the Dragon Mine site. How long that was to take is not known, nor is it known
if all 500 tons have been processed to date. This processed clay will be for resale.
by NaturalNano.
Through March 31, NaturalNano had paid $125,000 for the clay. (Atlas Mining has reported clay income of $250,000 through March 31, 2005 - with no clay income in 2005.) Did NanoDynamics actually take delivery of clay and pay for it? It
certainly does not seem they have any intention of using the halloysite for their own products, as you confirmed.
Fortunately, the activity for licensing from the Navy Research indicates there are others who do intend to use the clay in their products.

The president of NaturalNano has said that a small (less than 25%?) portion of the Dragon Mine halloysite is usable in the nano industry. He may be in error, but assuming that Atlas agreed to sell 5,000 tons of the usable processed clay under the terms of the 5,000 ton "purchase order", Atlas would have to mine over 20,000 tons of the clay to complete that order. When (not if,imo) NaturalNano has an end user for nano clay they will probably purchase though NanoDynamics, not direct from Atlas. CEO Jacobson spoke of expecting $1,000 a ton sales next year, but that seems hard to figure.
Do you know if NanoDynamics exercised their warrants to purchase the 1,000,000 shares of ALMI at 35 cents a share?
The time to exercise the warrents has passed. It would seem unlikely that they would pass, but they might have been unwilling to tie up $350,000 in cash for a year if that was required. Atlas did not need the cash now but NanoDynamics may have to fund their own growth.
