35 cents a share warrants which they could sell for a buck for $650,000? So they give them cheap shares to get money to buy clay? What kind of back door sale is that? Smells fishy, IMO. Or is it a deal to give NanoDynamics a chance to load up on a million shares if a major contract go through? I doubt they would buy restricted shares without some firm knowledge of a good contract.
NanoDynamics is using some clay trying to find uses for the clay. I do not believe they will be they major "application finder;" and Natural Nano will be the folks that we will be getting applications from.
