Hunker down - I'm in the same shape as you are.

Who knows? A settlement with equity came literally out of nowhere in May 2011. Equity walked away since they know what numbers they want. We could possibly see something positive from here til October 7th - never know... I'm not holding my breath since this PoS case should have been wrapped positively for equity by now.

One thing I am certain about are the feelings I have for BR.

If it does, my wife will kill me. I told her I wanted to wait until this thing has ended, then take all the documentation I received and weigh it, to see if I could actually, literally receive a 'ton of junk mail'. Unfortunately, when the prospect of a settlement was real, she made me promise that by the end of 2011, all that crap would be gone. Bummer.

Tell your wife, you would kill her if you sell in 2011 and suddenly wamu classes go up in 2012 and exes you out of hundreds of thousand dollars.....she will change her mind to pressure you anymore imo LOL works for me like a charm....Best luck to you.....MML
