Hey bro you got to think about it this way now that the EC will take control soon in stead of giving 110% on the dollar like BR did we just 50% on the dollar to creditors like normal BK's that means 100's of extra millions
Plus the new low rate to SNH also means 100's of millions so I can care less about the hedges this is over we getting paid soon hang in brother

The judge will rule we can fight them later in court after this BK is over that's how it I see it IMO
