I transferred to E*Trade and have never had a problem with buying any stock. Worth the extra few bucks a trade IMO. The only thing is when you transfer your account it can take about a week. IMO I suggest opening E*trade account first then sell your sub-pennies from your old account. Transferring can take quite a few days
