"Based on the recent events and that the Company state that they will not be considered a fully reporting Company until the completion and filing of the Audited financials for 2009 and 2010, I would say probably not, but that is purely my opinion.

I believe (based on there continued follow through of the things they can control - the financials they cannot as they are in the hands of the CPA), once those financials are completed and filed, we should see 8k of Centacom merger filed reflecting the new BOD (although it does not mean it is not complete without the filing), 8k of Mineseeker acquisition, required filings for 43% ownership (SG13 is it, I can't remember now) and 10Q for the 2nd qtr financials.

Again though all IMO, but I will reiterate, they are building a habit of completing the goals they have communicated - thus far: 151m Share Reduction; Mineseeker Acquisition; Audited Financials (whether you like them are not, they are signed off by a licensed CPA); Broadband Sale launch (although a couple of weeks late).

I like what I see here, based on other pink sheet plays I have been in, this seems to be exactly what is says on the can, time will tell if I am right or wrong!"

COOKSTOVE VERY INTERESTING DONT YOU THINK?

This is eerily familiar. These guys went from acquiring Mineseeker to a LOI which now needs 30 days of due diligence. Jeff has been working with Mineseeker for how long? Scam--take it to the bank.

June 30, 2011--NHS Health Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NHSH), currently doing business as Centacom Corporation ("Centacom" or "Company"), has successfully brought Mineseeker Operations Overseas Limited ("Mineseeker"), a British Virgin Islands company, into its group of technology led companies, having finalized the acquisition of Mineseeker as a subsidiary earlier today.

On September 14, 2011, NHS Health Solutions, Inc. (“NHS” or the “Company”) entered into a binding Letter of Intent with Mineseeker Operations Overseas Ltd., a British Virgin Islands corporation (“Mineseeker”), wherein NHS agreed to enter into a tax-free share exchange whereby Mineseeker would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of NHS. The parties agreed to begin diligence process immediately with a view toward entering into a formal agreement within 30 days from the date of the Letter of Intent to facilitate the share exchange, unless such date is extended pursuant to a mutual agreement of the parties.
