lol just pour more gas on a raging inferno. Remember when Centa had info on MS and then took it down? People said James spoke to soon and had it taken down. What if it was Jeff who put it up and James had it withdrawn? Seems like JDs way to pump things up before they were even going. Now this. All I can say is phooeey on all of these scamsters.

In reading your post I am wondering who they merged with? Do you mean that entity that never completed their portion of the merger?

It seems to me that taking a little time to make sure things are done correctly is prudent right now.

Any Coconut Oil Patents in this Deal with MS??

Those patents could be very valuable as well and
also should be taken to the Bank..

Great DD !!

While Jeff D (acting CEO of NHSH) failed in his attempt to finalize the merger with Centacom/Centaflix, I understand he did convince James Owens to assign all of his/Centacom patents to NHSH. -

Yes, that is correct. Jeff is such a hard bargainer and purchased them from Mr. Owens for just 7.25 Million shares of NHSH. He is putting them in a trust for the "other" company's shareholders as he promised to take care of them.

Now he just needs their support by buying NHSH at market.

My DD has uncovered the fact Jeff DeGenova, NHSH CEO (former QASP and Centacom CEO) is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Take it to the bank.
