There have been hundreds of complaints filed with the SEC. There has been enough evidence sent to them in order to come to a conclusion. The SEC is monitoring Janes very closely and he knows it. It takes time for the SEC to take an action on a justified complaint, but when they do they will move very quickly. You don't have to believe a word I am saying. That is your perogative.
Bogdan has some serious accusations too. That is why he filed a lawsuit, and contrary to others saying he won't commute to Calif for the proceedings, it sure looks to me like that case is moving forward.
