Blaming the incompetent and bickering consultants (watch--it'll happen, they already blamed that on the video delay). And then, as always, they'll blame shareholders for pestering the FDA and the consultants for information.

And 2 years from now they'll "voluntarily" withdraw in favor of a "more robust" PMA submission
