I'm going to say the people "in the know" will get a phone call tomorrow with the final answer. They probably already have a pretty good idea on how the vote will go anyway. I was told that insiders own roughly 12 million shares. If that is accurate, they control this vote. You and I mean nothing, unless insiders are equally split on the buyout. Just my opinion!
