That you're wrong on. Russell Index funds have NO choice but to dump.

NO choice. They track an index. Human decision is taken out. CXN has been removed from that index. Those funds have no choice but to dump.

Will the stock go up anyway and somebody will absorb all of those shares? Certainly possible. Frequently the rebalancing is met with counter-trades I've seen on other stocks within minutes and if the dump for CXN is severe, I will make the quickest 5 minute profit of my life.
