How could it possibly be a CON right under the watchful eyes of the SEC? Don't you think the SEC could see it? Is Mike that cleaver as to pull the wool over the watchful eyes of the SEC? I think not. We will find out in due time just why the information hasn't been forth coming.
I really don't believe this was a con. I just think management was in a little over its head. It did get this project to the finish line, but we got screwed.
Fortunately I bought in several years ago with money I could afford to lose and have held ever since, and now I'm not expecting to get most or any of it back.
