Excellent post M-T. being a contractor in Co. I know what your talking about. The lumberyard say's your windows will be here in three weeks--- count on six. This RURAL Co. you don't run down to the corner Home Depot to pick up what you want like in the city, it all has to be trucked in with all the delays that entails. A building permit in my area can take 6-8 or more weeks.
Think back to last years permit app. before DRMS. It was supposed to be in the begining of Sept. than pushed to Nov.---it didn't happen until Dec. After we get the permit it will take 45 days to get the mill up and running and there are always bugs to be worked out. You don't just through a switch and start processing 700 tons of ore!

IT WILL COME WE JUST HAVE TO BE PATIENT!

It's funny that you use the remodeling analogy. I recently bought a house and put 40K into re-habing it. The contractor and I planned on the whole project taking 2 months but once the inspectors got involved, each with their own 'pet peev' the darn thing ended up taking over 4 months!

Either way, I fully understand that things don't always go according to the time line and I am fully confident that Colorado Goldfields is on track to start producing revenue by end of year.
