Excellent post M-T. being a contractor in Co. I know what your talking about. The lumberyard say's your windows will be here in three weeks--- count on six. This RURAL Co. you don't run down to the corner Home Depot to pick up what you want like in the city, it all has to be trucked in with all the delays that entails. A building permit in my area can take 6-8 or more weeks.
Think back to last years permit app. before DRMS. It was supposed to be in the begining of Sept. than pushed to Nov.---it didn't happen until Dec. After we get the permit it will take 45 days to get the mill up and running and there are always bugs to be worked out. You don't just through a switch and start processing 700 tons of ore!

IT WILL COME WE JUST HAVE TO BE PATIENT!
