Many? I think only the dilusional ones. Anyone that read the Opinion released yesterday will know that commons is not in the money even if equity win the best case scenario on the remaining issue that interest them, which is the IT claims.

Why? Yes, it was good the POR was denied, but the GSA is still intact and Walrath will never change her mind on that now. The mediation between the EC and hedgies might produce enough to put preferreds in the waterfall, but it certainly is not going to get over 7.5 billion to pay commons, lol.

Walrath gave JPM and the FDIC a free hall pass. Now, there is potential for an appeal to overturn the GSA. I will say Walrath has some cajones to ignore Stern and ANICO, but that could be her downfall. Who knows.
