Have no problem with the TA being gagged,Mark has had success in the past,and he will have great success here, so any methods he choses is fine with me. By the way it's not dilution if it's funding the company as it is. Invest or don't invest this is one of the best investments in the stock market,pinks or the big boys.GLTA

If Mark thought it would benefit the COMPANY, he would PAY the TA to give out the O/S info. There is no GAG. It is not that Mark gains anything by doing so, but it is that he does not lose the money that he would have to PAY them. Yes, I agree it would benefit the STOCK if the info was out there, but he probably does not believe it will benefit the COMPANY, so he doesn't waste the money.
