Ellery,
When would shares be considered "Pre R/S"? I mean technically the 50K shares I have now could be considered pre R/S so when would the shares I have be vulnerable under the R/S? For example; If they vote YES to do the reverse split on the 15th of October, does that mean from the 15th my shares will be frozen or is there an "effective date" that will be annouced so that we will know on XX date the R/S actions are in effect?
