look like BNPD is doing more site seeing on some lonely, abandoned Texas oil field. If the deal to buy this new land will be completed by the end of September, why will they wait three months to begin drilling for oil( drilling to start at the begining of the first quarter in 2012, January)?

I still say BNPD is in the wrong state searching for oil. NORTH DAKOTA IS THE PLACE TO BE. PASS IT ON.
