It does not take a lot of time or effort to find that data...

The O/S was at 1.4 several months ago. It has recently updated to 1.6


Any shareholder should be able to call the T/A and get that info any time they want. That is how it works with open and honest companies.


I know several companies have uplisted off the otc onto better exchanges. But, i've never heard of an otc stock to give the daily o/s, simply because the 'rules' on the otc don't require it. and it's understandable why the same rules don't apply for otc stocks. they are start up companies usually with limited funds - - they already have enough 'catch up' to do if they want to survive. anyways, most companies on the otc don't have major players on their way to town, with cash. i think after or before that meeting you might want to own some shares.
