not only that Bell345, but I think I saw Jamir Miller in a earlier filing (disclosure document) where a little stock was issued to him for promo purposes or something. IMO this is a BIG money deal, I doubt they'll leave it up to retail day traders to decide its fate. For all we know friendly voting hands could have been accumulating shares the whole time. Time will of course tell.
