Lambster.....Great Post !! I called 3 different 510 (K) consultants and also faxed a copy of the NSE letter to them. The first question each one wanted to know was, where were the testing ( IDE ) results. None of these consultants would agree to go face to face with the FDA without testing results. It's clear that Janes used MWE to just " pump" the stock. There are not any " legit " consultants around that would represent Dean Janes in front of the FDA. The fact he is now claiming there are several "consultants" that are working on the so- called 3 step protocol BS is just laughable!! I hope the FDA puts an end to this scam once and for all !
