COMPANIES SUCH AS LLEG COULD USE FUNDS THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO KEEP THE COMPANY REPORTS COMPLETE AND CURRENT FOR BETTER "PRODUCTIVE PROJECTS" THAT WOULD BENEFIT SHAREHOLDERS

I wonder what addressing this suspension is going to cost LLEG?

sounds like a great excuse for any typical pink sheet penny stock scam.

if LLEG is different, that excuse shouldn't be necessary.

THIS DD IS UNFOUNDED AND NOT VALID

You forgot to take the CAP LOCK off.

Your idea seems to be that a pinko listed stock is advantageous, because there are less reports to file, thereby saving on "accountant" fees. Thus such fees can be used to promote projects or company development. Or that it's a return of value to the stockholders for the company to be a pink stock. If that's your position then...

Exactly what should be so complicated about a company's filings such as LLEG which has apparent revenue of $5M over a period of 5 years? It isn't as if they would have to spend million$$$ to prepare a 10Q every 3 months. Never mind they already have to hire an accountanting firm for IRS accounting purposes.

So being a pinky stock is advantageous because one saves tons of money in avoiding unncessary filings. Well, congradulations on being a Grey Sheet stock, because far less filings are now required. Imagine the savings! And imagining will be it, as there is no requirement in the Grey Sheet to report much of anything to stockholders.

P.S. If and until a 10Q is filed the magic words DD is a misnomer when applied to this stock.

There is no single project that LLEG has ever been involved with that would benefit shareholders more than uplisting off of the pinks. Bartoszek himself has said as much in his comments over the years and even promised years ago to uplist. His answer to why he did not follow through on his promise: "I was to busy". If the LLEG books were kept honest and orderly it would not be a huge expense (especially with no income} to complete the necessary paperwork. The argument above simply does not hold water.

Personally, I think that spending a few bucks to keep KEEP THE COMPANY REPORTS COMPLETE AND CURRENT would have prevented this stinker from being suspended and sent to the grey sheets would have been a very wise investment.

It would have benefited us shareholders quite a bit too.

Better than hiring that looney toon pump artist by far.
