COMPANIES SUCH AS LLEG COULD USE FUNDS THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO KEEP THE COMPANY REPORTS COMPLETE AND CURRENT FOR BETTER "PRODUCTIVE PROJECTS" THAT WOULD BENEFIT SHAREHOLDERS
