That's easy. The amount that management stated during that conference in a sunny day in KOP in the spring of 2003.

Interest on top of that would be icing on the cake.

What the contract says we are do plus interest and penalties.

IMO : $300 millions sound good.
$100 millions for stock buy back up to 5 millions shares.
$100 millions for R & D, patents buying and/or M/A
$100 millions for future war chest.

300-400 million plus interest on the money since the contract was validated with the Ericy decision. Plus 50M for failing to live up to the terms of the contract. I believe the tribunal has some descretion in this although not treble..........too bad about that. So I would say 500M is not out of the question.
