Two huge problems with your post. First, no family accused Wallace of deliberately poisoning their water. Second, Spencer never stated that some families accused Wallace of poisoning their water. He said Wallace did. It's only now when he was caught and sued that he's trying damage control. If Wallace has zero chance of winning, why wasn't his lawsuit dismissed when GOSY's experienced DE lawyer asked the court to throw it out? Seems the court believes Wallace's lawsuit has merit. As for your prediction--didn't you predict Wallace would get his butt kicked on GOSY's motion to vacate his judgment? How'd that prediction turn out? ROTFLMAO!!
