As one can read easily, Spencer was referring to the 400 families very, very incensed as to their being afraid to use their well water since probably contaminated by the known to be toxic fly ash...

Their opinion, not Spencer's...

After all, Wallace is President of Combustion Products Management and contracted with Dominion to safely dispose of their known to be toxic fly ash. Otherwise, if not for his firm's expertise, why did they use his firm? Wallace didn't know he was using a known to be poisonous material disposal to make large money off of Dominion?

What's in a name? Everything! It is meant to clearly indicate what business one is in. Sort of like GeckoSystems meaning "mobility software" systems:

Besides, has Wallace shown, or proven any damages to him or his firm? How would more be possible given all the adverse publicity this "fly ash golf course" and the $1,400,000,000 by a 400 family class action has generated already? Looks like he has been pretty much tarred, feathered and ridden out of town on a rail in the local press...
