The project is mainly on enhancing the producing capacity to 10 thousand sets for middle and big series wheel tractors from 25 to 100hp. SWT will build processing line for tractor body, painting line for middle and big series tractors and assemble line. It will also add some new equipment, such as milling machine for cone gear with arc tooth, heat treatment equipment with computer control for carbon and nitrogen seeping together, the equipment for gearbox and bridge, etc.

With the changes of national macroeconomic policy and rural economic structure, the market demand for middle and big series tractors is also growing steadily. The improvement and promulgation of farm implements matched with middle and big series tractors provides good opportunity for these developments. VI Investment budgetary estimate
SWT is building “Tractor parking plant” in Weifang Economy and Technical Exploiting District. The invesment of the project is 250 million RMB and the plant area is 100,000 square meters, of which architecture area is 80,000 square meters. The main investment items are: 122 million RMB for expenses of purchasing, moving and fixing equipment; 80 million to 100 million RMB for construction costs; 12 million RMB for other expenses; 30 million to 40 million RMB for flowing capital.

After putting into producing, it is expected to produce middle and big series tractors and matched farm implements each one for 10 thousand sets. And the annual sales income will reach 600 million RMB.

The early cooperation is mainly on reconstructing arts and crafts equipment of 105(3.26-7.01 litre), 110 (5.13-7.7 litre),116 (7.9 litre) series engines and enhancing annual producing capacity to 60 thousand sets. The Medium-term cooperation is mainly on introducing engine model with international advanced technology, and using its technique to develop our engines and improving market competitive ability. VI Investment budgetary estimate
SWT is building “Engine and Genset Parking Plant ” in Fangzi district, Weifang city. The investment of the project is 280 million RMB and the plant area is 140,000 square meters. At present, the first period project with twelve jointed plants which area is 32,000 square meters has finished, and the basic and public service has also been completed. SWT will add some new equipment, such as engine assemble and run-in line, processing line for body and cylinder head, assemble line and lab for generator sets, producing line for gearbox and heat treatment, pressing product line, etc.
VII Benefit
After putting into producing, it is expected to produce engines for 80 thousand to 100 thousand sets, generator sets for 30 thousand sets, gearbox in engine for 200 thousand to 250 thousand sets and low noise canopy for 30 thousand sets.The annual sales income will reach 2 billion RMB.
