I have been involved in the past with several companies.....mostly pinksheet...that wouldn't let their O/S count out. Part of the reason why I don't invest in pinksheeters anymore.

FASC' count has always been readily available, to my knowledge.

Jagman,when I called today I actually asked the person with whom I spoke to double check as to when exactly that figure covered thru......she went somewhere and checked and reported back to me that 181.44 million was the correct OS as of market close wed. june 15.
