Jagman.......no, they're up-to-date numbers.

You're more than welcome to call yourself anytime.

I have been involved in the past with several companies.....mostly pinksheet...that wouldn't let their O/S count out. Part of the reason why I don't invest in pinksheeters anymore.

FASC' count has always been readily available, to my knowledge.
