"The irony, we are discussing a note that had a value of $60,000. THAT'S JUST PLAIN FUNNY."
I understand what your getting at but it's not like that conversion of debt is a non factor (no matter how small the dollar amount) because of the way it is being repaid (with LUXD shares). The after math of that conversion is that the 7 million float grows to a larger number. We have traded the float a few times over now which would make one wonder why we are not at a higher PPS as of yet.I'm clinging to the hope that most of IF NOT ALL OF these large block trades (Such as the one that once again came across right before the close today) we continue to see are coming from the LUXD debt holder and not the company it's self.I understand liquidity but not the need for it if the shares are being fairly valued. The market places a fair value on the PPS based on assets, debt, current and future income, and total amount of available shares. If fair value of LUXD shares is a dime or a dollar after a R/M then why should we care about liquidity or how fast it gets there,so be it.
Thanks in advance!
