Why does everyone seem to be hanging on the debt conversion scenario so tightly??? Shares are being sold into the float I presume but the pps seems to be fairly stable minus some volatility, but there is apparently a rm "in the works" correct? Looks like someone is selling into momo to keep the price down around an average. Could this be the accompanying dillution to give the merging company controlling interest along with conversions? Sorry if I'm off base, not having a very good night...
