I have written the following before : ACT has great science but a poor management team. Not answering The Casey Eye Institute is extremely disturbing and totally unacceptable. There are are two possible scenarios : extreme negligence or negative news from the first trials . We have not heard from Rabin since he granted himself with a ridiculous amount of shares .

Some posters on Yahoo are making a big deal out of this, suggesting things are not going well at the Casey site, but, imo, that sure doesn't sound like the the case as Rabin has said that all is going well with testing there.
That being said, I'm inclined to believe what Oregon is saying, but it sure seems strange there's no one else to take Dr. Francis's place.

I think ACTC should immediately clear up this picture with a re-confirmation that all is going well at Casey and the delay a=t Oregon is for xyz reasons.

Can Rocky or any other shed more light on this? Thanks.
