There is now no more "speculation", nor can there be any promissory or forward looking statements made in regards to Berlin. Financing is a done deal and construction "definitely" will begin shortly. What is wrong with commenting about an event that has been brought to a conclusion? This is nothing misleading about commenting on factual information. I could see the SEC objecting to comments that are forward looking in nature, but the Berlin deal is done, there is nothing forward looking about it. What's wrong with Mike saying something like, "we're very happy with the outcome in Berlin, final payment has been received and we will be using the proceeds to develop other projects"! Don't need specifics, just a definitive statement.
