I tend to disagree. But, that's O.K. I can see your viewpoint.
I also would hesitate to believe that bandwidth is here, without hearing directly from Wade Thompson.....which is, I gather, something you are assuming, from the point number 6 that you made.

As near as I can tell, from this agreement with mineseeker, Jeff wasn't allowed to nullify the merger, who knows what else he wasn't allowed to do, that he thought he could. Now, I am not saying that he didn't do his darndest, but it appears that there was something to prevent it, like perhaps, a share cert for 450MM shares, belonging to Centa and now, mostly belonging to mineseeker. Along with several notes and agreements.
If the merger had been nullified, it isn't centa from whom mineseeker would have gotten shares. IMO
