"I did send Jeff a congrats email."

I did the same good post The way I see it Joe Canouse is poison, and Dean just as bad !

IWonder, a few comments:

1. Regarding the pr. I can see where it makes no sense to mention Jeff, CEO NHSH. The pr was about NHSH and MS doing a transaction. It so happens to involve the control block of NHSH. Hence no need for Jeff to be mentioned or comment.

2. Would it of been nice to have Jeff comment? Yes. Something as little as "we welcome MS as a majority owner and look forward to formalizing our relationship and the exciting growth opportunites", and as importantly, "While it has been a challenging couple of months, I wish James Owens and the Centacom well".

3. Having said the above, I did send Jeff a congrats email. He knows that I have little interest in MS as an investment.

4. Now, in regards to Q shareholders, I truly believe that there will be some bone thrown to them. I mean Jeff/James made seemed inclined & MS, afterall, got $1.8MM (probably their life line at the time). So I would expect something in it for Q shareholders.

5. Which brings us full circle. The wild card. Does Joe move to sue N once the MS/N marriage is official? Tortious Interference. Yeah, Joe has to deal with the old trash (deano) but will he take on a multi front litigation war and is there enough in it?

6. Funny thing is, IMO, the colo/bandwidth segment has the most legs and best promise to deliver results. Bruce alluded (read btw the lines), the funding is not an issue. I hope so, Wade has been supportive beyond what many know. This is real, now and profitable.

Well as usual, a few turned into several. Wish all success. That is except deano.
