I see your point now. You are quite correct; she is going to have to deny the POR to continue to have the necessary jurisdiction to be able to order further discovery into the IT issue. However, it is possible that she already has enough evidence on one or two of the SNH's to slam their particular claims now. I doubt she would do that though. I think she just denies and orders more discovery on all four.
