Where is your confusion stemming from? Calgary and Vancouver are not close together.
I visited the Calgary office and posted photos of it quite some time ago, but nobody was interested. The 10x10 space was the HQ for all the Gelmon's Pink Sheet ventures plus their hedge funds. All the signs on the door were quite humorous.
