Besides patent infringers GreenShift is set to license this sector of huge mandated growth. A lot of money is at stake, its no wonder the infringers want a piece. It's a pity they go about it the wrong way, yet they truly are putting GreenShift and it's patents to their test. I think they had infringement and attempts to invalidate factored in when patenting their methods. I believe their method and patents have been very well thought out and they will prevail. I think they have the overall concept of where this is all headed into the coming decade.
Securing licensees is securing the revenue stream. The patents are their firewall and the infringers are virus, although reformable or conformable. It's their stated goal to license as much of the industry as fast as possible. I think the issue of being able to pay off their debt has been solved and the doors to fantastic growth have been opened.
