I was thinking the same thing regarding there debt. It's sad how many people most likely sold there .0001's listening to others regarding there so called toxic debt. The fact that a company understood the value of GERS and was willing to loan them that kind of money only made me pay closer attention.

Thanks for keeping the faith in this company and I agree the numbers seem to be swinging our way BUT I was floored by this new r/s. I was expecting a buy back to reduce the o/s but this is just history repeating itself.When they did the last r/s a year ago and then issued 10 bil shares of Kevin in repayment of debt they said most of this would disappear as the debt was paid down.

R/S are a tool of managements that don't give a fig for their shareholders. They should be Illegal.
