I don't understand why you take it personally, buying a stock is a risk and one that we have all decided to undertake and it doesn't matter if you are here right now or for the past 4 years we are all on the same team trying to turn a profit.

Its nothing personal other than timing, lets try to focus on what could potentially happen to this now instead of harping on what happened to you in the past as we all have been on the losing end of a trade before, I simply put it behind me and go looking for some capital gains to use up my losses come tax time.

Positive people unsure positive results lets drop the complaining and focus on forward looking results.

None of my comments were directed at you. And I can try to help get the pps up, but the real meat and potatoes is going to have to come from the company. I believe you will see that. $hoot, this is land of the lost, anything can happen. But since im a betting man, I say there is money to made here.

I am not questioning anyones motives, I just do not understand it. I will leave it at that, and move on. Im doing my best to keep focus, LOL.

Years, nah..only been moths for me. I hope your c/a is not too high, and you can make a few bucks. I say that sincerely. I hope the other guys have not sold all their shares. This is way too thin to be trading/flipping this stock..

Good to see you back too! I understand the negativity because of the company's failed past performances over the last 10 years. If the news is subpar like in the past (too many projects concurrently being pursued or unproven prototyped technologies) there is a chance for a sell off when the news comes out. This stock has a history of running mostly on rumors and then when average news is released it crashes, but not always. However the movements were much more extreme which is ideal for flipping. The times were different than now. This slow movement upward will add stability to the stock and will prevent flipping as the sellers will have to buy it at a higher price later or wait for the technical’s to reverse which they can do.

But I have seen stock examples where the RSI stays relatively above 60 to 100 for many months at a time with significant slow movement gains.

The news the company needs to put out is that they have completed the permit process, engineering design, financing and that the company has raised XXX millions of dollars with the State support with an anticipated construction start date of XXXX. Anything less is not going to fly with this stock so they are either better off not releasing anything until they have completed the financing part of forget it.

The new shareholders mostly will not lose like the longs over the past decade with this stock unless massive dilution occurs due to having an 800 million authorizable share count which poses a risk for everybody new and old. But this is the stock market which always a gamble. I never expected to see this stock come back from the dead which is why when I sold at a dime in 2008 I never considered buying back in because of the history of failed performance. The problem I have is if they do pull it off this will easily be a $5 to $20 stock minimum and I would feel horrible if I missed on such a rare opportunity because most penny stocks are nothing more than scams or failed business ventures that make money printing shares or never get off the ground. Out of 4000+ penny stocks there is only a handful or about 1 or 2 that will hit a home run any given year which is less than a 0.05% chance give or take. Yet if you hit one you will make millions of dollars on a small investment which is the goal of playing in the pennies!!! Yet, most people are too short sided to hold for the big gains after they get burned by poorly managed companies which tend to be the majority of the penny stocks. Long term investors are generally unheard of in penny stocks which this stock has always had a strong base of support. I did not sell during the last 3 spikes $4 in 2002, $2 in 11/2004 and $2.45 in 4/2006 because I thought that the company was going to succeed with just one of their projects. Greed did not help as I assumed they were going to succeed at the time.

Until the company gets their act together and actually completes financing or starts construction it will not matter what news releases they put out. The company really lost creditability with the buyout in 2007-2008 which I thought was irresponsible by the board of directors and management of this company to settle for $1.50 when if they built any type of fuel plant the stock would be potentially worth 10s of multiples of that price. I was going to vote against it. Never had a say as insiders supposedly had enough shares already at 51% to vote for us. I never agreed with the way they liberally gave away millions of shares to special behind the scenes financers like DB for less than a dime per share when the stock was trading at much higher prices when there were better ways to raise capital. Then they never filed the proper SEC paperwork for any owners over 5%. I viewed these actions as lack of fiduciary responsibility in part that could and still can be a legal liability. This is one of the negative views that still lingers in long shareholders minds!!!

I just hope that this time they pull it off as I do not want to get burned twice otherwise we all should pull together and take that legal action. 99% of penny stocks fail to achieve anything other than a series of spiked mono-plays and I agree with MLM that it is a net zero game unless the company produces an asset that generates revenue and profits. The company has that chance and may very well be a story book success of WOW!!! Wish I could have gotten this stock!!! This is an opportunity presenting itself as a result of the economic downturn which is why the price also went so low. I believe prices below 0.25 may in the end appear like a gift!!! Time will tell!!!!!
