i bought shares on may 16....last day to be eligible to vote..but i guess they were not "recorded" for the three days...as i did not get a proxy...

now it seems hundreds of thousands of shares have changed hands since the may 13...

all those votes will not be eligible for a vote....and are voted as no???!!!! that doesnt seem right...as they are not eligible to vote in the first place.

any real info on how many shares each insider owns????
