This is how the MMs build cheap inventory.......then during the pumps they can control almost all of the buying and selling and Bid/Ask runups & downs..........just like we were all blabbing about on the last run...........the MMs this and the MMs that.... but it's the truth.
Picking up 100 million at .0001 for a few thousand is cheap money for them..........that's why they are the "market makers".
Gaffy Duck and the boyz; you too Kara, are floating these puffy PRs to test the waters and get what they can get from the dumps.
I think some marketable snakeboard product of some type will come down the news pike and we'll pump this thing back up into the teens and all those who bought down here in the low single digits will ride the dump...........just like .........management.
If revenue and sales actually materialize then management can keep trotting out the PRs and maybe even trot out the remaining 3BB shelf shares and ..........make themselves really rich.
So....maybe some of us trip 000 players can..... ride along.
