This stock has been very stable...pps-wise. Many millions of shares are held by insiders and 10% plus shareholders. If, and when these new deals are executed...the share structure could be even more tightly held (percentage-wise).
Since the pps has been very stable...if, this company executes it's deals and grows it's businesses (etc...)...and raises the kind of cash they are talking about...via the coal deals...I believe the pps will go higher. That in a nut shell, is why I just bought some shares...and if, the pps moves down a touch...I will likely buy some more.
I'm not sweating this stock or your postings at all.
I expect oil and gas...and related energy stocks to do well for some time to come...most likely years...IMO.
