I think its a foregone conclusion - 51% is very very low. Those who don't want to be held up by any delay when the shares are bought for $3.125 are selling or getting shaken.

Smart folks and MM's are trying to get as many cheap shares as possible. Nice equation. IMO.

stockefeller, I was on-hold waiting to ask the same question -I frankly don't understand what you've been told - the vote closes at 12:00a.m. on the 17th right, then I do not see how there will not be shares traded on Monday (the vote won't be tallied by then will it, or it will be tallied enough over the weekend to see slightly over 11.5 million in favour) then what? This is confusing, I think they will need to halt it at some point no?
