Yep and as we wait, we comtemplate and speculate. It is importnat that we all congratulate Chiron on the call last year on exactly how long this case is and will take in the realm of courtroom antics and over billings by 27 hr a day 8 day a week lawyers on this case.
There is a good case for BK fraud based on the billings alone, there is no way they worked that long and hard on this case when the Hedge funds basically said "the debtors backed off and let them handle the negotiations" and Rosen bills the estate for more hours in a week than he could humanly work. He is a thief and a crook snake lawyer and this Judge needs to call him and the other "over billers" out in her opinion..
